Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
	The attorney fees for a Chapter 7 filing depend on the complexity of your circumstances and are determined on a case-by-case basis. In a Chapter 7 case, attorney fees must be paid in full before the case may be filed but we will begin preparing your file for as little as $200.

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy
	Unlike a Chapter 7 filing, attorney fees in a Chapter 13 case may be paid after the case has been filed. However, the court filing fee, credit counseling fee and credit report fee must be paid before your filing date. In addition, we usually require a portion of the attorney fees to be paid up front. The up front amount varies on a case-by-case basis and may be waived entirely under certain circumstances.

Post Filing Fees
	In addition to the court required credit counseling class that you have to complete before your case is filed, you must also complete a post filing financial management course.
